Well for one, you're missing the rest of your image map coding..

Well it would help us if you could tell us what diffuculties you are having.
I see a problem why do you have 2 image tags? you only need 1, this part.

everything keep goin on the top of the page and only the link to the xanga front page and my claf is work

And you need to not put the image URL in your background settings. From the looks of it, it needs to be in the image map. And yes, finish your mapping, too.
