title banner and blink boxes not showing up, what's wrong? Options

I am trying to use this skin: Sweet and Simple on my xanga. As you can see from the preview, there is supposed to be a title image and a blink box thing, but for some reason they aren't showing up on my xanga. You can see my xanga here: my xanga. What is going wrong?

first of all, you do not need the </IMG> for image tags. <script type='text/javascript'> - is not part of it.

second, that code doesn't work on xanga. use this [place in Webstats]:

thirdly, where are you putting all of your codes? style sheets should be in the custom header, while JavaScripts should be in Webstats.
