Help a retard in distress, changing module placement and such Options

i used this code and it makes my blogs, supscriptions and about me blog go to the bottom of the page even though i changed it so it was right top aligned...helllp

is there any genious html person who can help me figure out why the modules i want on the right wont go there? i would really like my custom mod. on the left, entries in the middle and other mods. on the right.....
