The Fresh Prince may be hangin' with the Prince of Darkness this summer as reports have his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith, considering bringing Will onstage with her band "Wicked Wisdom" when they play Ozzfest this summer. Wisdom features Smith on vocals with Satnam Ramgotra (Nikki Costra, Alien Chatter) on drums, "Pocket" on guitar, "Rio" on bass and Cameron Graves on keys.

I haven't heard the music before, so I don't know if it's out of place or not.. but doesn't that mean Will's the one singing? Not his wife?

yeah .. i was just wondering if you read the first post, anna's post, and the title. because obviously you haven't because this has nothing to do with that song.

so ... yeah just so you know. you make yourself appear lesser than what we probably have thought of you because of this post .. but that's okay. you have plenty of oppurtunities to redeem yourself.

--

by the by, did you know Will's wife was in his video? She seems cool enough - I've never heard of her music either.

yep. personally i believe it to be quite pathetic too but ozzfest isn't my cup of tea in the first place. this year might be better as its ever been with iron maiden but thats all i would go for. i'm sick of the mainstream metal.

sounds of the underground tour and gigantour is some real metal to check out if you want to get away from mainstream metal in general.

and yeah, i haven't heard jadas band but i know for a fact its her performing/singing and will smith will be there to support her. crazy.

should be interesting to see the fights that this causes between two different genre of music fans.

duuuuude. have you ever considered seeing a therapist? because for a 12 year old, you've got some serious issues...

sometimes i feel like you may be having an identity crisis.

Hell yeah. I want to go to both, but I don't think I can.
I'm pretty sure I can go to the Sounds of the Underground though. It'll kick ass.

Ozzfest is changing... The only bands I would want to see a LOT this year are Shadows Fall (I have already seen them once... they're amazing live), Trivium, The Black Dahlia Murder, and Killswitch Engage. I guess Black Sabbath too.

I'd only go for the The Hot Topic Second Stage though. That's where the bands that aren't as well known are playing.

But out of 20+ bands, that's not much. I want to see ALL of the bands on the Sounds of the Underground tour.

I don't like the direction that Ozzfest is going in.

Hmm. I don't know, I love Ozzfest, but last time I checked this was a free country, right? I think some of us should cut her some slack.

I think that it's crap that Wicked Wisdom got put on the bill over REAL bands that have actually worked hard and deserve the shot at playing an Ozzfest...here's a few bands that should have gotten on the bill instead of Wicked Wisdom:

Curse Your Name
Screaming Mechanical Brain
Seemless
Society1

Ozzfest=CRAP! (Mostly because they aren't coming anywhere near KC.)

IN previous posts, Despise spoke of Sounds of the Underground (I REALLY want to go and see that, even though it means driving across the state I live to do so...)

As for Gigantour, My boyfriend and I have tentatively made plans to go see that with friends in Texas. Bring on the metal!
