You do realize that you need to have another page to load inside your iFrame, correct? Like so...
[ http://www.freewebs.com/nyahxnek0 ]
Click on any of the right-hand navigation, they will open another page within the main contant area. These are actually seperate pages which I am remorely loading with the iFrame.
Anyways, here's the very basic code.
CODE
<iframe src="index.html" name="main" style="height: 195px;"
frameborder="0" width="95"></iframe>
Very simple and easy to change, I'm sure you can figure out what everything does. If not, I'll break the code apart.

I use dreamweaver, and when I use that code it shows up as an error or an unsupported tag, and I'm guessing that frontpage is the same way. Save your file and then open it up in your browser: it will probably display. Then, if you have to tweak it, change it in frontpage, save it, and hit refresh in your browser.
