wellllll...sorry but that's not really everyone else's fault.
you have to have 50 posts i think to become an official member in the first place so..it'd be like the same thing. people who posted 50 times over 5 months (which is not at all impressive) could get in, and having 50 posts with a PPD of at least 5 isn't hard to attain, and it's a little more dedication then having 50 posts over a long period of time. |

well sorry but I never said it was anybody's fault.
all I'm trying to say is that not everyone who is active here in cb is an official member. and sadly half of those who are active only achieve their active status by spamming. I'm active, I don't think I've ever spammed, maybe once. I have over a thousand posts. You could say i'm cb's poster child (for lack of a better phrase), minus the official member part. It would be a shame that anybody in this same situation would not be allowed to view and participate in any forum you may wish to apply the official member only requirement to. oh and im all for the age thing, and while im at this, sammi your skins are a+. |

actually, i think there should be a process of appeal fo rmembers who hav ebecome extremely active, such as fallen_fairy, bu tbecause they joined a long time before they started posting, are not able to achieve a 5 ppd, because of the long period of time spent in a state of inactivity
this person is a dedicated CBer, but because she didnt start posting until a while fter she joined, she cant reep he benefits of being an official member, which i dont think is fair ah well, this is way off topic. im going to make a new thread for this suggestion, so lets save any discussion for there |
