--Click the edit HTML box --then put in CODE <img src="IMG URL HERE"> --then uncheck the edit HTML box |

or when you are editing your entrys click on the button that says "pic" and paste in your image url then click ok. Thats what i do... |

Upload your image before doing anything else. Some good places are ImageShack and PhotoBucket.
