BrandonSaunders: I actually still remember his first post in pictures - his smile stuck out, it's gorgeous. But that's not what I admire him for. I see him around a lot now, and it saddens me that he's leaving after his first thousand posts. He's really quite the intellectual; whenever I see him post, I can't help but agree with most of what he's said. I really respect the guy - the way he acts commands it; I remember writing in the respect thread that if people want respect, they need earn it, they need to act like they deserve it - and "the Don," as he likes to call himself, really does deserve it - he has presence. So here's to you, Brandon, even though we've never talked: my token of appreciation.
MasterxKid: I know Joemar doesn't stick around here anymore, but I was talking to Pauline last night, and we talked about him, among other people. Joemar, while I can't say that I personally know him, I admire his writings, his usage of words - diction, his eloquence. And from what Pauline told me of her experience with him, his random act of kindness, of listening - I feel that he's a genuinely good person, like many on this site. Pauline_x: She is one of my closest friends. She's one of the maturest people I've ever talked to, despite her actual age. She's a great listener, and I admire that about her. Also, the way we talk to each other, there's just something about her that makes us really click, I can tell her anything. I love talking to Pauline late at night, one-on-one; we get into the deepest conversations and I really can't remember ever just talking about everything with anyone the way I do with her. This girl is so dedicated and devoted to her friends, and I really love that about her. And people, I think it's stupid when y'all post, "I admire ______ because s/he's so hot." Uhm, excuse me a second, but WHAT THE HELL? I don't think that's admiration; it's just ass-kissing. |
