Look and feel?, can't find link |

Hi; I recently changed my xanga skin to one from createblog.com, and now that I want to change it, I can't seem to find the link that says "look and feel"...@_@
Is there a way that i can change my skin by just typing in a link or something? Thanks in advance for all the help i can get.
