Flash not working in FireFox but works in IE Options

Like the topic says. Using following code, where web address is the link to the swf file (yes, extension is included):

This code was taken mostly from the published code by macromedia flash mx (which worked w/ firefox), with minor change of changing the plain .swf file to the web address.

Um... I'm probably going to sound really stupid right here, but if you're using a web adress, then why isn't the embed part a web adress?
-shrug- It seemed.... Weird to me.
