u gotta caculate fat, muscel, and height into the eqay. i weight 140 and my bmi is 24.8 but everyone says i'm thin, yet curvy

Er, height is factored into the equation. All BMI calculators tell you to enter your height and weight into them. You're right about the first two things, though; that's why BMIs aren't totally accurate when telling you how healthy you are.

No way dude, that is straight fat. I need to turn that into muscle pronto. Before I used to be into weight training like a maniac, but now I can't even lift 10 pounds.

I am totally serious when i say that. I have lost all of my strength in my body, but I am starting to work my way back into form.
