16.8. It says im in the "healthy" range but I'm still trying to gain weight anyway because that's pretty low, or maybe not since it's the "teen" one.

But I don't know if that has to do with BF... I'm 72 inches (6ft) @ 220lbs and I'm 13% BF...

I've always thought that BFP (body fat percentage) is alot more accurate. Just because you wiegh more than average doesnt mean you're fat

Mine is 22. I didn't know what this was until a minute ago. lol. I want to do that fat pinching test to know my percentage body fat. I want a target of like 5% or something.
