No they can't becase it's not in their computer! It has to be in my computer for me to upload anything. The only way someone can upload it for you is if it's in their computer in the exact same directory. No need to get mad.

theres plenty of sites and like stated above...no one can upload it for u unless you give us the picture to save, but that would have been and upload |
