how do u use the adobe paste thing

okay ... i got the picture.. and i'm selectin git.. copying it.. then i go to this other picture to paste it on top of.. then i click ctrl-v but then.. i cna;t move it anymore.. like is there a way to paste it.. so it is stil selected... so i canmove and adjust it?

.... Does Photoshop have a Paste as New Layer option?
If not, just make a new layer and paste it onto there...
Then, if you have the move tool selected, you should be able to move it.

Just go to edit paste, and then use the moving tool. That's a picture of the moving tool below.

you beat me to it...but every design program should allow you to move objects
