okay ... i got the picture.. and i'm selectin git.. copying it.. then i go to this other picture to paste it on top of.. then i click ctrl-v but then.. i cna;t move it anymore.. like is there a way to paste it.. so it is stil selected... so i canmove and adjust it?

.... Does Photoshop have a Paste as New Layer option?
If not, just make a new layer and paste it onto there... Then, if you have the move tool selected, you should be able to move it. |

Just go to edit paste, and then use the moving tool. That's a picture of the moving tool below.
