well first you need to get the program before we can help ..
you can use the following: - animation shop (comes w/ psp) - imageready (comes w/ photoshop) now if you downloaded either of those 2 the tutorial section has some tutorials on both that you can try to use. |

heres a good site here, this is where i learned how to make 1, it was pretty easy, but the program download might not work any more

those things kinda get annoying and are overrated with all the girls running around with their "awesome" layout sites which everyone should vote for because they slapped a banner on it and took 5 mins out of their day to make it.
