computer choppy and laggy, only on games and videos |

when i play games and/or videos, my computr gets extremely choppy! about every second it seems like it's 'lagging'. only slightly though, so it's 'choppy.' so like, it goes, i'm playing for a second, then WHAM chop, another second WHAM, another second, WHAM. It doesn't stop! wha'ts the dl?

upgrade your video card/ driver.
if this happens with your audio also, then it's your audio card/driver. i'm going to guess you're on a laptop- those have integrated audio/video cards or crap audio/video cards... with laptops not much you can do about it. |

Also the games/video may be taking up a lot of resources. How much RAM does your computer have? If it's around 128/256 you may wanna consider upgrading.
