i chose make up. i would hate not having my clothes but i think that if you look really beautiful it wouldn't matter what you're wearing...(ok maybe it would if it were a potato sack...but you get what i'm saying right?)

Clothing. I could be wearing amazing makeup but I would still look bad if I was dressed in a potato sack. If you can put together a great outfit you don't always need makeup.
