hmm, thanks but does that completely disable eprops? because i was just wondering if i can make it so that on the bottom of my post, where it usually says eprops and comments, i just want to have comments. iz that possible?

yeah.. that's what it does.
People can still choose how many e-props, but it wont show up.

Nope. Just put it in the Website Stats, and you're perfectly fine to go!
