Moderator changes, V.I Options

I've brought it up before here. With name changes and new staff additions, etc., it'd really be much easier if there was a thread tracking the changes in a timeline fashion than of just an announcement. Dates would be convenient.

i.e.

Kathleen - stepped down from admin, made advisor
GinaDaQueen - no longer admin
Staff additions -
People staff: dani41790, Frankie, stephinika, tooeffingcrazy, XKali_chik_4_lifeX, xxcrazyjewxx
Xanga staff: bballbabiegrl, mysticalazxn, D1SMANTLED, Heathasm
lookitskim - stepped down from admin
Just_Dream - promoted from head staff to admin
x_angawhomps - promoted from design staff to head staff
Days Nearly Over - name change from lilangelgurlpnai
tofumonzter - demodded due to inactivity
xxcrazyjewxx - stepped down from people staff
mysticalazxn - stepped down from xanga staff
teesa - name change from bballbabiegrl
Kathleen - stepped down from advisor
krnxswat - promoted to advisor

etc. By the way, I'm not entirely sure if what I've written is accurate, nor do I know if it's in correct chronological order.

Another note - the moderating team page. Perhaps it'd be more convenient to catagorize the different moderator staff groups with subgroups of people staff, blogger staff, & xanga staff, similar to the separation of admin, head staff, and regular mods.
