When a moderator steps down, it doesn't mean we'll accept another staff member. Many People Staff have stepped down. But we haven't hired another yet.

Well, why not just make Alvin staff? I'm sure he'd help out a lot. Whether or not someone stepped down doesn't matter. He really wants the position and I'm sure he'll be a dedicated staff member.
