does anyone know how to position things in a way that they'll move with the screen... when i resize the window it puts scroll bars because the div layers don't move with the screen...

Hmmm...if anything, it might be because you've defined a position in the div tag, but I'm not sure.
You'll have to post your codes. |

you have to specify them in percentages then...instead of pixels

margin-left = 85%; <-- would that work? |
