Help please, =] Options

SO, I just made a new layout and I'm having a problem. The following link will tell you where I'm having problems with it.

I want all the extra stuff in those two boxes, but the text just goes off of them, instead of forming scrollbars. I thought my code was right--the problem is at the beginning of the code, I just don't know where--..so here you go:

did u try to adjust the width of the box? if u cant figure out post and ill fix for u... maybe oh i see ur problem. the height is incorrect ill fix if u want...

Yeah, I tried, but I think I did it wrong..
Okay, so I tried adjusting the width and the height, but it also moves around the blog..hm.
