psp 7, tool help? Options

ok, somehow i have changed my tool on my psp so that now when i go to use the magic wand it doesnt give me the "marching ants", when i hit the fill button i dont get the paint bucket anymore. for ever option i get this dotted cross with a circular center. help please. how do i get my regular tool looks back?

edit- ok. i have the fill button back. but i still can't get the marching ants back. to get the fill button back i clicked on the toggle tool options window button. and i unchecked use precise cursors. and it did give me the magic wand back, just not the marching ants part of it.

yes i am new at this.
