Mis-aligned., I guess you would say. Options

Okay here's my xanga. So the problem is that the very fiist module thing at the top it's width is 400px, and that's what the blogs are suppose to be too. But for some reason the first one is wider than the blogs. Here's my code for the first module thing. I've been trying to figure this out for days, and at first I thought the width of the blogs were wrong but I think it's actually this first module. Can anyone help me please?
