help!!!, playlist Options

i've been trying to get a playlist code to work for a long time now. i've done everything i'm supposed to do and i still can't get it to work. i was wondering if someone could look at my code and tell me if there's anything wrong with it.

if there is something wrong with the above mentioned code, can you please tell me waht is it? if there isn't and you have tips on what i might be able to do, can you please tell me? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance for the help.
