help on centering page, center and adjust width |

Hi, how do I center the page and adjust the width so that it only occupies 700 pixels? I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I want the whole page to be centered. And I have other div layers. So if i were to use that code where do I put it? In the body section?
 Edit: Yup I tried it, doesn't seem to be working...
