It uses a lot of coding, and style sheets. its kind of hard to explain..

First and foremost, you need Adobe Photoshop to make a really good skin. Without it, it's just going to be very booring.
Then just put some html stuff on it. But be creative..Xanga staff dont accept EVERY skin submitted. - Chinkieeyedpnoi |
