What I try to do is align my codes for both of the browsers. It usually works for me, but sometimes it doesn't work for me in firefox.

Firefox is different. Dunno how, but u gotta kno that all the codes here work for IE. However only some of the codes convert and make it in Firefox. That's why your layout might be a little different, and some codes won't work in Firefox.

If you code your layout on firefox it will look fine on firefox but not on Ie but if you code it on IE it would look fine on Ie but not on firefox. They both handle javascripts differently

.... ^ Not nessicarily. If you code in Firefox, your layout image will usually be the only thing that's misaligned.... Unless you use a ton of Javascript. You code in Firefox and optimize for IE.... 'cause then it usually works better in both.
