Where can I get circle brushes and yes I googled it and looked int the BBR but I can't find any circle brushes.

Just any random cirlces? If you have Photoshop, you can use the circle shape tool to make your own. I'm sure you can do it in Paint Shop Pro as well. Is there a specific sort of circle design you want?

Like circle outlines, different circle sizes. Like if I use the circle I can't repeat that exact circle again.

i think you can duplicate the same circle in photoshop
if you rasterize the shape layer first then go to layer duplicate .. then you will get the exact same circle and you can do what you want to it |
