i owuldn't say anything, just ignore them like they weren't there.
My parents I KNOW only want me to date Nigerians. I think if i were to date someone white(they would have less of a problem if they were from somewhere else, like chinese,viet,japan,hati,jamica...so on but not just white) my dad would get over it eventually but i don't know about my mom. |

Basically, if my parents don't like the guy I'm dating, I wouldn't care. Ethnicity isn't a big deal to me. So what if he's black, white, yellow, purple. It should depend on other aspects besides ethnicity. I call it being prejudice. "I do not want you dating him cuz he's African." WTF?
 Now if the boy you're dating has a criminal record, that's a whole different story.

i would say "its my decision and if you have a problem with it then too bad i like/love him and thats how its going to stay. Just because you have problems with people of different ethnicities doesnt mean i have to. Either learn to like him or learn how to live life without me"

i don`t care what my parents say. my mom dislikes my current boy because he`s a punker [ he has a lip peircinq ] and he`s viet
she`s kinda discriminartory aqainst them  but my dad said he would disown me if i married someone that wasn`t chinese.. let alone asian

well discuss it with your parents about how much you care about each other nd ethnicites really don't matter. if you're in ur like early 20's or sumthins, then it would be much easier, but if ur a teen then like they wouldn't listen as much
