whyy., i tried very hard. Options

okay, before i couldn't align my divs with firefox and IE but i figured it out.
but now its my comment page.. i know, i know there are many topics about this, its just that i don't understand it.

problem:
when i go to my comment page (on IE) the blog goes up to where the picture is.
other then that it is fine.
and when i go to my comment page on firefox, the blog goes is aligned on the bottom... i really hope i make sense but i usually don't.

Looks fine on this computer. It may be different on others though b/c this comp. has a wide screen. lol.

and im guessing that these codes are the problem...i'd change all the margin negatives to 0px
