how to make multiple borders on my page? |

Im currently having a xanga with a rectangular border,
i want a dotted border (circles and circles ) I wanna have the 2 borders :one bigger and one smaller, so the smaller one goes inside the bigger one. I hope you get what i mean... need help* please, thank you " > < |
