My friend Angelica won in the Science Fair Regionals.

It was..."Peekaboo, I see you! The hidden world of subliminal messages." That project totally pwned.

Congrats!! I've never won anything. Actually, I've never had a sciene fair thing. I did a project in seventh grade about what happens to fishes when their water gets colder/hotter, and I got a B....haha I know... it was a sucky project, oh well. *shrug*

i didn't even make it to the city one. I did my project on mold or whatever but i didn't put effort into it.. i just copied the info from my friend who did it last year. I usually do crappy projects. Like last year i did cleaning pennies and the year before i did paper towels... I hate science fairs!

um. well i have a lot of friends from my school who went pretty darn high up the science fair scale. they (maybe about 6 people) got money and this guy got a free round trip to anywhere he wanted. and some other guy got a calculator. woohoo.

and since a lot of my sci teacher's students placed, she won $500. cool.gif i'm in 8th grade too.

Congratulations.

My science teacher didn't want to "take it that far" with the projects so nobody really won or anything. I did get a 200/200 though. x] Me and my partner were like the one of the 3 people who got that too. Yipee!

Mine was on gum. =]

Also. Isn't it Science Fair Project?

congrats _smile.gif we dont have science fairs... for some reason. we just have these giant projects for every grade (7th- island project, 8th- cultural poster, 9th- breakout) mellow.gif

well we made it to school fair out of 100 people. Only about 50ish made it.

My school is so cheap and so small. I've never done a science project and I've never been to a science fair.

Hah, I've never really won- except last year, my friends and I did some project for the Toshiba Exploravision Science Awards thing, and we got an honorable mention.

science projects are not my thing.

my partner and i did something about mushrooms lol.

SHROOMIES!

like.. how do they react to different environments.

I remember during the presentation I said the mushroom in the cold environment died after 7 weeks.. when I really meant 7 days. damnit my friend told me a week later that I messed up on that. oh well.
