lets review the facts now,
now that we've got them straight .
you're the one who's loving me,
but you're the one i hate .

at the beginning of the story,
the story of our love,
everything you did,
reminded me of an angel from above .

your caring hugs and kisses,
kisses, o-so-bitter-sweet,
telling tales of sinful joy,
making my life more than just complete .

everything seemed so wonderful,
wonderful and bliss .
you were the only one for me,
i was so sure of this .

yet love is like the roses
the roses i received .
slowly turning old and fading
i was left feeling lonely and deceived .

i never would have expected this,
this happened in such a blur .
one minute we were fine,
the next, " we " were over .

i wondered if you ever truly loved,
loved me the way i loved you .
you made me feel like such a fool,
cuz i couldnt tell if the words you ever said were true .

and much to my disbelief,
disbelief and anger,
five days later, i find that
you've ended up with her .

but now she's broken your heart
the same way you broke mine .
you've come crawling back for my love .
but love does not make me blind .

second chances are for the weak,
the weak and undeserving .
i'll never love you, ever .
the thought of you is just unnerving .

now you tell me that you love me

that every night you dream of me,
that you pine for my gentle touch .

but boy, i've got news for you,
you who left me for that whore .
i'm no longer infatuated with you .
our love exists no more .
