To put borders in, it should be in the layout code if you have one. And to make the words in the middle. You can just do this :

<center>All text here</center>

Or you can change the text alignment in the layout code.

Ditto. For your myspace, in your layout code, there you should be a spot where it says
CODE
border: 2px solid [hex number here]
or comething like that. Change the 2px to a higher numbre to make it thicker, and a lower number to make it thinner.

If you don't have a layout, get a code I guess and edit it.

Here use this, just edit the colors 'cause it's the code I use pinch.gif lol

Put it anywhere in your profile such as "About Me" or "Movies" etc.
