OK... i use photoshop and psp but i wanna make glowing text on photoshop... i wanna make it but i have no idea... anyone no how? heres an example:
 neone wanna help? TY!

I dont know how you make it animated, but, after you type the text, right click on its layer. Click blending options, and find something along the lines 'outside glow' and edit the colors and settings from there.

After you've typed in your text, go to the layers panel, and click the little f with the circle around it, and click glowing edges once you've selected that, select the color you want, then click ok.

u lose me after clicking outer glow... i clicked on all the options, yeah but it doesent show up...

You you sure the opacity is 100 and the blending options is normal?
