^you fell asleep??? well, it was a pretty boring game I guess. the score was pretty close throughout the whole game until the fourth quarter when SA started a 19-4 run. Ginobili <333 didn't do well at all the first half, but bounced back in the second half. So yes, the final score was 84-69. Pretty damn low.

mad.gif Ok, I've seen enough. Some of you must be under the age of 16. I cannot beleive how stupid some of the posts are.

"wasted my damn time watching the game. i said i wasnt gonna watch it and then i did anyways....i hate close games..."

You hate close games? You're rediculous. You obviously are NOT basketball fan.

"^you fell asleep??? well, it was a pretty boring game I guess. the score was pretty close throughout the whole game until the fourth quarter when SA started a 19-4 run. A boring game? You must have missed the game as well and then looked at the score when it was done. If you saw Ginobili in the 4th quarter, then you would not say it was a pretty boring game. Tony parker was crazy good as well. Pfft, go back to sleep.

Look, I have no problem with Pistons fans, becuase some of them actually stick with their team. The rest of you are just looking for a cheap show and all the while are missing a classy, VERY exciting performance by the San Antonio Spurs.
If you're bored, then you're a Pistons fan waiting for them to get off, and are being dissapointed because Spurs are running them out of the GYM.

Game 1 had the lowest ratings of any Game 1 in an NBA Finals in quite some time if I heard the commentator correctly. That means a bunch of folks flaked out, and missed out on one heck of a game. Now San Antonio Wins Game 2 and I suppose that game was boring as well? Get real. All of you bored folks can go watch indoor football, and the rest of us will continue to be thrilled by the Spurs. stubborn.gif

^^^ Exactly what I was thinking daawg. I was gonna say something about that post that says she hates close games. How could she? Close games are the MOST exciting ones. You watch a game where a team leads by 20-30 points...Kinda takes the fun out of it you know? And what can I say about the Spurs. Excellent defense. I under-estimated them. Seriously. I hope the Pistons get to pull-off one "W". May the best team win. GO PISTONS!

Yeah what they said^^ I didnt find game 2 boring at all, Ginobli and Park are just ripping it up out there. Something I hope Prince and Rip will do next game.

And I just noticed something, its not anything critical but Duncans getting some weird injuries out there. The kick to the groin in that game vs the Suns (Damn that made me laugh, especially his quote when the camera went straight to his face.. "You didnt see that kick!") and todays game.. he gets poked in the eye hahaha

I did not miss the game. I did see Ginobili in the fourth quarter and he was indeed amazing. I just think games are boring when one team is scoring. And excuse me? I wasn't the one who fell asleep.

Of course it matters, it means the Spurs are gonna meet some dangerous Pistons in Game 3

I was just saying that it didn't matter in Game 2. I hope the Pistons manage to win one--hopefully Game 3--as I called the Spurs in 5.

I have a feeling this series is going to be just like the Rockets//Mavs series. Im calling the Pistons in game 7.

Rockets won first 2 (Spurs won first 2)
Mavs won 3 straight games (Pistons def. got game 3, but what about 4 and 5?)
Rockets won game 6 (Most likely the Spurs if they lose either game 4 or 5)
In the end, the Mavs took it home (In this case... the Pistons)

Of course, thats just what I think.

I believe that the Pistons must win at least 2 games in a row to qualify to win It.
If they do NOT win game 3, they are pretty much out of luck.
In order to win, however, the must do a better job of covering, especially by the 3 pointer areas. Last game, maybe it's just me personally, I saw that Rip Hamilton was not guarding as well as he usually does. Also, they need to do a better job of passing more. In 4th quarter, Billups and Hamilton were the only ones basically scoring. And we all know that the Pistons have some other great high scoring players such as Prince and both Wallaces. It was too embarassing to see the pistons fall apart like this. it wasn't the pistons I knew. _unsure.gif
Game 3 is Tonight.
Do the Pistons have it in them? We'll see. biggrin.gif
P.S.
To all those who don't know:
2 games in SA
3 games in MI
2 games in SA

It's not 2, 2, 1, 1, 1
like the Miami Series.

P.P.S.
I realized something. Miami would definetely have fell to the Spurs. Wade and Shaq basically made up all of Miami's points.. and if they shut down Wade.. they would have been dead. Just my opinion. wink.gif

ohmy.gif Whoa.... I've NEVER EVER seen the Pistons played as good as they did tonite! OUTSTANDING performance. 7 guys in double figures. 4 turn-overs, a NBA record-low in finals...just excellent. The Spurs recieved a major ass-whoopin`. 31 point differential. The series is now tied, and the Pistons will only have to play 2 more games. I can feel it. Back-to-Back championships. w00t w00t! Go Pistons!
