go to a designing program like photoshop or paint shop pro

then for photoshop go to image>>image size>>then resize it for paint shop pro go to image>>resize>>then resize it you could even do it on ms paint just stretch it out.. here are some free trials for design programs

Or you can use this code:

Edit the #s into numbers... larger numbers mean the size is bigger.

It words for backgrounds if you put the background code into your header part... not the place in your CLAF that says background.
