am i just stupid or what?
these little heart things, i cant make them and sorry, all i could find them on was AIM icons. i cant find a way to save them so they still move :/  the ones where the heart always move and get bigger and smaller an stuff. sorry i cant save it to where itll move anyone know how i make those is it a brush or do i just draw them >_< |

hmm looks like that person drew it but it might be a brush but something simple like that you can draw.. and to make it move u need animation shop or imageready.

^^Yeah, I agree, it looks...very much hand-drawn. I guess if you want it to move, just move the heart little by little in each frame on your animation program.
