Trouble Loading, My Look & Feel's having trouble. Options

I'm sorry if this has already been asked, I just really am getting frustrated with it . . . so, I'd like some help.

My look & feel will not load completely. It makes it to "header" and then stops loading, claiming it's done. It isn't my browser, and it definitely isn't because it's not finished loading, because I have sat around and hoped it would load on its own.

My question to you is: How do I fix this problem? Is there something wrong with my codes, do you think? And if so, how am I supposed to fix it when my Website Stats won't load?
