it's okay since you just started. For next time, I would suggest not using a pixel font for the image mapped links, it looks too stretched out.

-There are some major spacing issues. I have a random scroll bar about an inch in from the right?
-Some picture in your entries has forced a horizontal scrollbar to show up, which shows that your entry window is really too small -Too many colors in the color scheme -The background image is very pixelated, major quality loss there -Dont use two different fonts for the background, especially two "unique" ones. Pick a unique one than a standard one. |

Great attempt for your first skin. I think you made it on MS Paint, am I right? Get photoshop and you'll go far.
