i cant the starry hover to work b/c it changes colors naturally and i cant get rid of the hover thing! please help!

well ok i want when you hover over the links for the starrry hover to work but it doesnt and i guess theres a new option to have a color and it says hover link and i dont know how to get rid of it...

Starry link doesn't work anymore, because the link in the code is invalid. As for the hover color, if you don't want it to apply to your links, just input the same color as your regular links.
