To me, cheating is sleeping with someone who is not your significant other. Celebrity status doesn't matter.
Unless it's one of those things where each person gets a freebie.
Like:
The girl can sleep with (enter celeb name here) and not get in trouble as long as the guy can sleep with (enter celeb name here) as long as he doesn't get in trouble.

I just read about this in a magazine... This couple was married, and they each had three "freebies" - celebrities they could sleep with, haha. It's pretty interesting... but I doubt it happens very often or to very many couples.

Yeah. What kind of question is that? It's cheating. If you think it's worth cheating, then you suck. If you have the chance to get with a celebrity, break up with your boyfriend/girlfriend first. That's just messed up. It shouldn't matter who it is.

it's cheating no matter what;
if your partner is okay with it then obviously it's nothing to fret over because you both seem to be fine with it.
but it's still called cheating.
obviously your partner understands the situation and figured they would do the same i guess.
but, might i add, that if you were to sleep with a celeb only for the fact that they were famous..well that is just wrong..and frowned upon for the most part.
