They are actually animated gif images. You would need to use an image editing program such as Animation Shop (which comes with Jasc Paint Shop Pro) or Adobe ImageReady (which comes with Adobe Photoshop).

The link moving is a animation. You make it with a program like paint shop etc, then use the animation program to make it move.
