Skin Help, Newcomer at This... Options

i`m making a skin..well I made it and i'm trying to put navigation on another side of the page..and it's not working! here's my code (i haven't replaces the about me part yet)

What happens is..the blog is in the position that the other div is supposed to be in..and I can't see the div at all! Help?

It would be very helpful to me if you included ALL of your coding.
Mmmm.... But I'll tell you this, put your stylesheet between the two div layers, and it'll help you computer sort things out a little better.
