i wanted that source encoder tool, but every time i log in it says, "YOU HAVE TO BE AN OFFICIAL XANGANS.COM MEMBER". What's up wit dat? Aren't i already a member?

It used to be a 200 post count thing. But now Jusun changed it to that. He's thinking up ways to be an "official member".
