Navigation Bar Dropdown Menu, Help Options

So I finally decided to create an xanga and beigng that I have done a fair amount of web design the fist thing I decided to to was change the look which I have done fairly affectivly except for 2 things. The main one was creating a dropdown list to add back some of the links that I removed on the top and bottom navbars (like Log In and Out.) So I found your script here and modified it with the links I wanted and ended up with this:

I placed the script in Webisite stats and added the table to create the placement that I wanted because I understand that the div tag does not work well with xanga's.
So after I previewed it and saved it and went to it the links don't work so my question is where is it that I am going wrong that is causing the links not to work? Any help is appreciated. O and the link to the site is MRGresht's Xanga.
