Weather Pixie, positioning on xanga Options

I would like to put a weather pixie on my Xanga site. I would like to put it on the top right. I have looked through numerous areas and found a few scripts to try but I'm still not getting it. Here is one of them:

Can someone help me figure this out? Also, I have tried it in the header and webstats. At least in header it makes it to the top of the page.

well to the first i think u gotta add theses to it

width=124 height=175 margin-top: ##px; margin-left: -10px; border=0 alt="The WeatherPixie"></a>


and add that to the second one
