this thanksgiving
many people wll be cooking.
and many problems will arise.
even if your not cooking on the holiday
nothing should stop you from making a perfect meal.

so my friend suzy[lumina13] thought it be a good idea for me to to put a advice thread up for people who like to cookand have questions about things like whats the difference beetween white pepper and black pepper
or
why are my homemade sugar cookies comming out like brittle hard candy?
beacuse as many of you guys know im a chef and i was very excited to see that there was a food forum on here.so why shouldnt i do this i thought.


and if you want you can pick up handy tricks
or in the business they are called "trucs" french for tricks.

im open to awnser anything and everything about cooking to help you all out or those who love to cook as much as i do and try and learn and make new things.
im even happy to give you a different meal idea if your intrested in something new =]

cooking is a art.and should never be seen as a chore
