hmm. tough question.
he mightve meant "dont worry im not going out with another girl" and it came out sorta wrong. and then when u said "i never said you were" he mightve felt stupid and said oops. but i dunno, best to just talk to him. |

It could be what is called a Freudian slip. He meant to say something, but it just slipped out.
You shouldn't panic, but I think you should talk to him about it. He may have even been joking. It is hard to tell over the internet. Best of luck, I know long-distance relationships are hard. |
